| 摘 要： | 体育产业在我国兴起的时间较晚，发展时间较短，体育产业立法在内容和形式方面存在不少缺陷，必须予以完善。在完善我国体育产业立法时应遵循适应社会与体育产业发展的原则、完整统一的原则和协调均衡的原则，并对体育中介服务业、竞赛表演业、健身娱乐业、咨询培训业方面的立法完善等予以阐述。

| Abstract: | There is plenty of room for improvement in sport industry's legislation due to the fact that sport industry has a relatively short history in China.The author of this essay argues that sport industry' s legislation should follow the society and sport industry's development.The author also stresses that sport industry's legislation must be in an all- around and coordinated way. Finally the author of this essay elaborates on how to improve sport industry's legislation in the following aspects: Sport intermediating and entertainment,consultation and training. |
