| 摘 要： | 对上海市中学生健康生活方式与体育锻炼行为进行调查，并对两者作相关比较。结果显示上海市中学生健康生活方式认知总体上得分较高，但在男女间、初中和高中间存在一定的差异，城区与郊区学生间没有显示差异性，中学生健康生活方式与锻炼行为态度之间存在高度相关。
