| 摘 要： | 客观讨论"放羊式教学"的形式与精神,并结合我国学校体育教学实际,阐释了规则中的自由是"放羊式教学"潜在的理念。研究认为,传统的"放羊式教学"是一种放任不管的无序教学;真正的"放羊式教学"是一种看似自由却又必须遵循规则的有序教学,并且对教师课程规划、内容设计、组织管理和教学理念都提出了更高要求。研究提出,结合当前学校体育的发展现状,真正的"放羊式教学"是适合我国体育课程与教学改革的模式。当代体育教师应当通过思想观念转变、信息资源获取和知识技术创新,抓住教育教学中责任、理念、方法和实践等精神实质,正确把握规则与自由,从而提高教学管理与服务的能力,适应和推动当前体育课程和教学改革发展。
