| 摘 要： | 学校体育思想是学校体育教学思想的上位概念，高校体育应该以健康第一和终身体育为总体思想，而高校体育教学指导思想的确定应以《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》五方面课程目标为依据，包括体质教学思想、运动技术教学思想、健康(含心理健康)教育思想和奥林匹克教育思想。

| Abstract: | Scholastic PE ideology is a guiding concept in scholastic PE teaching ideology. Physical education in colleges and universities should base its overall guiding ideology on the ideologies of ultimate health and lifetime sport, while the guiding ideology for PE teaching in colleges and universities should base its criteria on the five curriculum objectives specified in the Outline of Teaching Instruction for Physical Education Curriculum in Ordinary Colleges and Universities in China, including ideologies in terms of constitution teaching, sports technique teaching, health (including psychological health) education and Olympic education. |
