| 摘 要： | 体育法律责任是体育违法行为人所应承担的刑事、民事及行政责任.现行<体育法>在体育法律责任主体设定上存在缺失,在体育法律责任的设定依据上存在着不对应和不协调,在立法技术上缺少规范.因此<体育法>的修改应是一种全面的修改,需要在法律义务体系、法律责任构成、立法技术等方面进行全面的构建,并要确保与相关部门法的统一与协调.
