| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、调查和比较等研究方法。分析认为,西部地区体育旅游产业开发引入风险投资具有重要意义:包括其资金投入具有适于风险投资的高风险和高回报特征,风险投资的引入有利于西部体育旅游资源优势转化为产业优势,为其开发提供资金和专业化管理。风险投资机制的建立包括:更新西部体育旅游产业投融资观念,建立西部体育旅游产业风险投资的退出和进入机制,建立西部体育旅游产业风险投资监管机制,制定鼓励西部体育旅游产业风险投资的政策和法规等。

| Abstract: | This study uses the methods of literature, investigation and comparison. The paper analyses the concept and present development of venture capital, and also discusses the importance of introducing the venture capital into the exploitation of sports tourism industry in the western of China. Moreover,the paper analyses the establishment of venture capital mechanism for sports tourism industry, in order to find new methods of investment and financial support for the development of sports tourism industry in the western china. |
