陕西省竞技体育后备人才培养现状的研究

针对近年来陕西省竞技体育后备人才的培养投入、规模、运动项目与“体教结合”等方面的发展变化，研究认为，陕西省后备人才培养投入维持在较低水平，业余训练资源严重匮乏，投入渠道单一；三线队伍规模略呈下滑之势，“金字塔”人才流动结构失衡，选材面日趋狭窄；优势与新兴项罔的训练规模有所扩大；“体教结合”工作政策引导力度不够，政策驱动力有待加强。

Study on the Development of Athletics Reserve in Shaanxi Province in Recent Years

Using literature document and the statistics methods,taking the change of athletics reserve development in Shaanxi province such as training expenditure,athletes scale,events and "combination of sports and education" as study objects,the paper aims at summing up experience,discovering problems and providing reference data for science development of competitive sports in Shaanxi province.
