| 摘 要： | 笔者从资源认识角度对竞技体育资源纵管理的内涵及实施对策等问题进行了初步探讨。研究认为,当前,中国竞技体育资源在培育、开发、配置及利用等方面的结合性不强,资源管理的绩效不高,实施竞技体育资源的纵管理势为所趋。中国实施竞技体育资源纵管理,必须要树立正确的竞技体育资源观,建立竞技体育资源纵管理宏观调控体系,建立健全法规政策,完善竞技体育资源市场,明晰竞技体育资源产权等方面加强工作。

| Abstract: | It is discussed elite sport resources vertical management and connotation from the viewpoint of resources viewpoint. This article considered that combine of China elite sport resources on cultivating, development, deploy and imposing is not firmly, elite sport resources vertical management has to be brought into effect. Chinese elite sport resources vertical management should do well these work as follows: building up correct elite sport resources view, foundation the regulation and control system, constitute statue and policy, consummation elite sport resources market and perspicuity property right etc. |
