| 摘 要： | 研究表明,江苏省残疾人竞技体育在全国属于领先地位,但社会关注程度低;没有专门管理机构,竞技体育资金来源单一;各项目的教练员水平参差不齐,教练员队伍不稳定.建议成立省残疾人体育运动管理中心;加大政策倾斜和资金投入的同时,调动全社会力量,多渠道地筹集资金;改善和加强激励措施,吸引优秀教练员;加强科研、科学选材,通过政府扶持,以全民健身为依托,增加残疾人群众体育人口,促进残疾人竞技体育的发展.

| Abstract: | The results indicate: the disabled competitive sports in JiangSu province is a leader in China,but is low society attention extent;not have special administrative organization,the sources of funds of competitive sports is single;the level of each project coach is very different and unstable.The following advice: build the center of disabled competitive sports administrative center in province;enlarge the preferential policy and invest more funds,meanwhile,transfer the power of all society,make more ways to ... |
