"以赛代练":我国运动训练界需要科学认识的问题

"以赛代练"不是不练,而是通过高水平的比赛来完成训练不能完成的任务,如比赛经验、比赛心理和运动员的自信心等方面。"以赛代练法"实质上是"比赛训练法"中一种典型的高水平类型,也即正式比赛的类型。比赛固然重要,但不能替代训练,"以赛代练"不能"重赛轻练",比赛是发现训练问题的途径,训练是解决比赛问题的方法。"以赛代练"同样离不开训练规律的制约。

To athletes,"a substitution of participating competition for training" is not equal to have a rest but to reach some other tasks through high-level competitions,such as obtaining experiences of taking part in competitions,being mentally developed,acquiring self-confidence and so on."The training method of participating competition instead of training"is just a formal type of competition which substantively is a typical kind of high-level of "competitive training".Although competition is important,it cannot take the place of training or attach too much importance to competition than training in the fact that competition is the way of discovering problems of training and settlements of problems in competitions.Consequently,"a substitution of participating competition for training" is also under the control of the law of training.
