| 摘 要： | 笔者对参加为期 9天的首届青藏高原自行车拉力赛期间运动员 (男女各 6名 )的RBC、Hb、Hct、WBC等指标进行了测试 ,结果表明 :男女运动员RBC、Hb、Hct均呈下降趋势 ,且男子运动员RBC、Hb、Hct中期与初期相比差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1) ,认为青藏高原举行自行车拉力赛 ,应根据运动员训练水平对比赛距离和强度进行科学和严格的控制。

| Abstract: | In this article We tested six cyclists'physiological parameters such as RBC,Hb,Hct,WBC during on Qinghai-Tibet plateau.The results showed that there were dectining tendency in the parameters of RBC,Hb,Hct,and exited obviously difference between initial stage and last stage on the male cyclists.So we must control racing distance and intensity according to cyclist's status on Qinghai-Tibet plateau. |
