邢慧娜1 500 m不同运动阶段技术特征的研究

运用实验法、文献法、专家访谈法等对邢慧娜参加奥运会预选赛的现场技术资料,通过量化分析获得运动技术指标,结合运动训练实际,对邢慧娜1 500 m不同阶段的动作技术进行分析。结果表明:邢慧娜在加速度阶段表现出步长大、步频低的运动特点,着地腿"扒地"积极、着地角大、进入比赛状态慢的特点;途中跑阶段体现了"低抬摆快"技术特点;髋部轴心大肌肉群发力特点;冲刺阶段缓冲时间短,摆动腿送髋幅度大、"屈蹬"技术特点;全程表现出"步幅-速度型"技术特征。

Research on the Technical Characteristics on Difference Stage of Xing Hui-na 1 500 m Running

The method of experience and document and exporters talking and so on was adopted to study on the presence sports photo that Xing Hui-na take part in try-out for 2004 Olympics game,dignities it to acquired kinetically index to analysis the technical characteristics on difference stage of Xing Hui-na 1500m connected with the training practice,result showing that stride is large and frequency is low,taking activity pawing when touching the ground,angle touch the ground is small,it is slowly to come into the competition state during the accelerating stage;embody the technical characteristics of swinging fast and lift low,big muscle mass enclose on the hip working activity during middle course;conceding time is short,the arranged of hip stretch is large and fast and curved-take-off technique was showed on the sprint stage,technique characteristics of"step large high speed" was showed.
