线粒体DNA(mtDNA)多态性与运动能力关系的研究进展

摘    要:全面总结和分析了人类线粒体DNA(mtDNA)多态性及与人类运动能力关系和不同多态性与训练对人体运动能力适应性影响机制的研究成果。结果提示:mtDNA可作为良好的遗传标记,尤其是长1122bp的控制区在线粒体基因组中最具多态性、进化速率最高的区域,包含着线粒体基因表达的控制信息,其序列多态性分析以及与运动能力表型的关联研究,对于人类运动能力的分子遗传学探讨有重要意义和研究前景。但有关mtDNA多态性与运动能力之间关系的研究才刚刚起步,现有的研究结果还存在争议,仍需进一步深入研究。

Abstract:The article sums up and analyzes the relationship between polymorphism of mtDNA and the sports capacity of mankind and the effects of different polymorphism and training on sports capacity.The result indicates that mtDNA can be regarded as a good genetic sign.The control area which is 1122bp long is the area that possesses highest polymorphism and evolution speed in mito- chondria genetic group.It contains the control information expressed by mltochondria gene.The researches on the relationship between polymorphism of mtDNA and sports capacity play an important roie in the study of molecular genetics on sports capacity of mankind.But this kind of research Is only at an initial stage.Controversy still exists on the present research results.A further study is expected.
