| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、调查访问、比较等研究方法，对我国普通高校课外体育活动目标的现状与发展进行了分析，确定了我国普通高校课外体育活动的发展目标。为了完成我国普通高校课外体育活动发展目标，进一步提出了具体目标。
