| 摘 要： | 通过对最近6届奥运会世界竞技体育格局的研究,初步论述中国竞技体育的机遇与挑战。我们应建立举国体制下的运动训练＂产业化大生产模式＂,有效构建学习创新型＂复合型训练团队＂,提高运动训练科学化水平;加大对教练员、运动员和管理人员的教育投入,启动在＂战争中学习战争＂的互动机制,实施＂跨项目挖掘和培养天才运动员工程＂;彻底排除兴奋剂的干扰,才能够解放思想,才能够探索和把握项目规律,才能够跟上世界竞技体育运动训练方法学的理论与实践的重大变革。
