| 摘 要： | 在中国篮球职业化改革的前进过程中，还存在与篮球国际化潮流不和谐的因素。通过对篮球价值和篮球竞赛中不正常现象问题的探讨，提出健全篮球竞赛法规，改革人事制度和竞赛体制，是保证篮球运动不断发展的重要途径。

| Abstract: | There are many factors which are not harmonious with the internationalized trend of basketball in the course of professional reform of Chinese basketball. This paper discusses the abnormal phenomenon in basketball competition and proposes that perfecting basketball legal system,improving the personnel employing system and contest system are the important way to guarantee the smooth development of basketball sport. |
