| 摘 要： | 通过对阳光体育运动在中学开展的现状进行分析,并对"阳光体育"的实效性进行研究,分析影响"阳光体育"实效性的原因,并对"阳光体育"进一步有效实施提出对策与建议,以期更好的将阳光体育运动进行推广实施,最大限度的发挥其作用,培养广大学生的终身体育思想,提高国民体质。
