| 摘 要： | 竞技体操与竞技健美操的运动技能之间存在着许多可以实现相互迁移的共同因素，且竞技体操对竞技健美操的积极性迁移更为明显。同时，两运动项目之间存在着差异且产生一定的干扰。运用技能转移原理，对具备竞技体操技能的运动员进行竞技健美操的专项技术培训，对迅速提高我国的竞技健美操水平具有十分重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Motor skills between competitive gymnastics and competitive calisthenics can be transferred,in which the transfer of competitive gymnastics motor skills is more obvious than that of the latter. Meanwhile,the two items are different,which brings about certain interference to the transfer. Therefore,the application of motor skill transfer principles can train athletes with competitive gymnastics skills the competitve calisthenics techniques and it is hoped to be useful for promoting the Chinese competitve calisthenics level. |
