| 摘 要： | 从中国足协处罚《足球》报这一事件入手，从法律角度对中国足协在这一事件中的权力行使及其合法性问题进行了阐述研究，主要探讨了中国足协的权力来源、有没有权力处罚媒体、有没有权力剥夺媒体的采访资格等几个问题。
