摘    要:运用文献资料法,结合自己对《体育颂》的理解,论述体育锻炼对大学生心理健康的影响。体育锻炼不但能够增强体质,还能调节、甚至消除紧张、不安、焦躁等不良情绪,从而提高心理健康水平,达到“身心合一”的双重效应。

Abstract:Based on the Literature and understanding of "Ode Sport",the paper discusses the affect of physical exercise on college students' psychological health.It insists that physical exercise not only can boost up constitution,but also can adjust or clear up ill mood,as tension,unease and fuss,thereby improve the level of psychological health and achieve their optimal state of health and well-being.
