| 摘 要： | 警察体能训练是警察体育的基本内容,科学系统的体能训练与提高警察身体素质,改善体形,促进民警的身心健康等有着必然联系。从实际出发,分析了一线民警的体能现状,提出了现实条件下提高警察体能的可行措施和具体的路径。

| Abstract: | The physical training is the basic content of police sports, scientific and systematic physical training could improve the physical quality, the physique of police and promote the physical and mental health of police. From actual conditions, this paper analyzes the physical status of forefront police, puts forward the feasible measures and specific path to improve physical ability of police under the realistic conditions. |
