| 摘 要： | 为了解大学生的运动兴趣与运动趋向,以便因材施教,达到增强学生体质目的,采用随机调查的方式对广州大学200名非体育专业一年级本科生的运动兴趣与运动趋向进行无记名问卷调查。结果显示男女大学生对于对抗性运动、健美操和交谊舞的参与和兴趣呈显著差异。大学生运动量偏小已成为值得密切关注的动向。

| Abstract: | In order to teach students in accordance with their attitude and strengthen students' body,the author adopts the random investigation to make secret a questionaire on the sporting interests and tendency of 200 non-sports specialized freshman of Guangzhou University.The results show that there is a remarkable difference between the male and female university students in participating in the competitive sports,aerobics and ballroom dance.The smaller amount of exercise load of university students has already become a focus. |
