| Abstract: | We set the Football Association in Huilongguan District as an example, investigate the staffing,resources,funding mechanisms,communication mechanisms and operating mechanism,rules,management assessment system and so on.We also analyzed the dilemma and the reasons of Football Association in Huilongguan District in order to figure out a way of sustainable development. |
