| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,从中医学角度对中医药院校开设沙滩排球选修课进行研究,发现沙滩排球具有天人合一、俱得天气与地气、维系人体生命要素以及尽享阳光魅力等独特优势,具有较高的医学价值和健身功效,非常适合中医药院校大学生身心的发展需要。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature data,survey and other research methods,traditional Chinese medicine TCM colleges and universities volleyball elective course research,beach volleyball is the harmony between man and nature,all weather and climate,sustain human life elements,enjoy the sunshine charm and unique advantages,have a high medical value and health effect,combined with the Chinese medicine colleges and universities sports curriculum present situation and reform,beach volleyball is very suitable for college students’ physical and mental development in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine. |
