| 摘 要： | 分析了志愿者与奥运会志愿者的内涵及其在激励方面可能存在的问题。结合我国2008年奥运会志愿者的实际。指出成功激励志愿者应采取的激励与管理对策：第一，志愿者立法；第二，间接地运用外部激励，避免内部激励过度；第三，志愿者的服务与个人的职业生涯发展紧密相联；第四，有效的培训和合理分工，满足其自我实现的需要。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes characteristics of ordinary volunteers and Olympic volunteers.It also points out management strategies for successful motivating the volunteers.There need to be legislation for the(volunteers) and external motivation should be given.Moreover,the volunteers' service should be combined with their professions and effective training and reasonable division of work can help meet their needs of self-realization. |
