| 摘 要： | 竞技体育、群众体育、学校体育发展不协调和金牌至上、体教脱离，是我国体育事业发展中的三大不和谐现象。构建和谐体育，要从变革体育观念入手，确立体育运动以人为本、锦标不是竞技体育的唯一追求、金牌大国不等于体育强国的理念，改革我国的体育体制、制度和运行机制，促进我国体育事业的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | For sports in China, competitive sports, sport for all, school sports do not develop in the harmonious way;gold medals are put above everything;sports and physical education are separated. To develop sports in a harmonious way, ideas should be changed. Sports should be for the people. The whole system and operation mechanism of sports should be changed. |
