| 摘 要： | 良好的自身能力与素质和正确的工作方法，是决定援外教练员成功执教的两大关键要素。这种能力与素质的培养与提高，除了在长期的训练中自觉地锻炼与不断地积累之外，还应根据执教地域及其环境、对象等各方面的变化加以适当的调整与改善。
