| 摘 要： | 结合教学计划修订工作，对我院人才培养的模式与体系进行了初步设计与实践，突出体育院校的办学特色，明确各专业培养目标，实行基础打通、专业分流；通过课程整合构建独特的课程结构体系；确定人才培养规格，明确专业业务基本要求和实施配套改革措施与制度等。

| Abstract: | Primary design and implementation of talent cultivating model and system were conducted combining with the revising of teaching plan.The new model is characteristic of P.E.,highlights the goals of specific majors,offers the same basic courses to students in different majors and distributes them later on,constructs unique curriculum system through integrating courses,clearly defines the stands of talents,the requirements of specific major and the measures and regulations which will help to carry them out. |
