和谐视野下学校特殊体育教育支持系统的设计与开发

和谐社会必须坚持以人为本,而以人为本则更多体现在人文关怀.采用文献资料调研和逻辑分析、归纳演绎等研究方法,对我国学校特殊体育教育支持缺失现象进行探讨.认为:我国普通学校特殊体育教育最大的症结在于观念的滞后和社会支持力度的薄弱.研究并构建学校特殊体育教育的支持系统,在特殊体育教育领域具有一定的创新性并有较好的可操作性.从特殊体育支持系统的要素、支持内容以及阶段进行理论设计,提出开发设想,为特殊体育的可持续发展和与世界接轨搭建基础平台.

Design and exploitation of special P. E. support system in harmonious society

Harmonious society should put the benefit s of the people first ,with humanistic concerns for the
people. This paper adopted literature study ,logical analysis and deduction to analyze the lack of support for
the special P. E. In China. It was pointed out that the biggest obstacles were the ideas and the social recog=
nition about special P. E. Therefore ,support system of special P. E. should be established. In this paper ,
the key element s ,content and different phases of the system were proposed.
