中国武术“悟”的运行逻辑与价值取向——基于身体认知的视角

作为中国武术的一种特殊身体认知方式,“悟”在武术教育与传承中有着极其深远的意义,其身心一统、知行合一的特征充分体现了合规律性与合目的性的内在一致性,是中国古代身体智慧的集中体现。基于身体认知理论,在澄明和阐释“悟”的义理基础上,探究中国武术“悟”的运行逻辑与价值取向。中国武术“悟”的运行逻辑主要包含符号表征、隐喻映射、意会认知与行为转化四个层次,符号表征是“悟”的前提条件,隐喻映射是“悟”的逻辑起点,意会认知是“悟”的运行方式,行为转化是“悟”的实践指向,它们统一于“悟”中。这种运行逻辑的价值取向主要体现在,悟统身心的终极指向、悟合知行的实践进路、悟以体道的内在超越三个方面。中国武术教育与传承中要科学认识和有效运用“悟”的运行逻辑,客观看待和正确引导“悟”的价值取向,让这种中国式的文化传统和实践智慧在现代社会语境下也能熠熠生辉。

Operation Logic and Value Orientation of “Wu” in Chinese Wushu in Perspective of Body Cognition

As a special way of body cognition of the Chinese Wushu, “Wu” (awareness) has extremely far-reaching significance in Wushu education and inheritance. Its characteristics of physical and mental unity and unity of knowledge and practice fully reflect the internal consistency of regularity and purpose, which is the concentrated embodiment of the ancient Chinese body wisdom. Based on the theory of body cognition, this paper explores the operation logic and value orientation of “Wu” on the basis of clarifying and explaining its meaning. Its operation logic of mainly includes symbolic representation, metaphorical mapping, perceptual cognition and behavior transformation. Symbolic representation is the prerequisite, metaphorical mapping is the logical starting point, perceptual cognition is the operation mode, and behavior transformation is the practical direction, which are unified in “Wu_. The value orientation of this operation logic mainly reflects that the ultimate direction of “Wu” unifies the body and the mind, the practical approach of “Wu” unifies the knowledge and the action, and the internal transcendence of “Wu” helps understanding the meanings of Daoism. In the future, the Chinese Wushu education and inheritance should scientifically and effectively use the operation logic of “Wu”, objectively and correctly guide the value orientation of “Wu”, so that the Chinese cultural tradition and practical wisdom can be enlightening at the ancient and modern times.
