太极拳的核心定位剖析

为解决人们对太极拳认识片面、定位不准确的问题,使人们透过太极拳的表象看到其本质,主要采用逐层剖析的方法解析了太极拳到底是一个什么样的武术拳种。首先,阐明了对武术拳种的定位:以既“偏于一隅”又“精于一隅”的技击术为核心发展起来的由诸多环节组成的技术体系;其次,提炼了武术拳种中的内劲拳类的要旨:采用以丹田及脊柱之命门为核心的发力方式;再次,归纳了武术拳种中的内家拳系的特点:突出控制、把握节拍,追求“以巧斗力”的“技击之道”;最后,明晰了太极拳的核心定位:既属于武术拳种中的内劲拳类,也属于武术拳种中的内家拳系,是以“阴阳相生”“化发一体”的太极劲为核心追求的武术拳种。该研究的主要贡献在于进一步细化了武术拳种研究,可以使人们对太极拳的内在特点形成明晰认识。

Analysis of Core Positioning of Taijiquan

In order to get rid of the people’s one-sided understanding and inaccurate positioning of Taijiquan so that they could have a deeper understanding of the essence of Taijiquan, the paper made a deep analysis of the category that Taijiquan belonged to. Firstly, it clarified the category of quan as a technical system composed of many links developed from the core of both “partial to centre” and “skillful in one”. Secondly, it refined the essence of inner strength of the category of quan, which meant the way of generating power with Dan Tian and the life gate of the spine as the core; Thirdly, it summarized the characteristics of inner family boxing which highlighted the control and grasp of the rhythm, and pursuing the Tao of skillful fighting. Finally, the core positioning of Taijiquan was clarified. It belonged to both the inner strength boxing and the inner family boxing. It pursued the Taiji strength of “Yin and Yang living together” and “the integration of resolving and attacking”.
