摘    要:以"培育民族精神"为立足点,以普通高校武术选项课为例,阐释了具体改革思想和教学流程。研究认为:根据"以武术培育和弘扬民族精神"的实际需要,学校武术应采用以对抗类技术为主体的教学内容;学校武术教学内容应尽可能反映武术概貌,而非仅选取其中一个片段;从能力培养角度,学校武术的全息影像包括个人技术能力、对节奏距离的控制能力、限制对方技术发挥的能力三方面。

Abstract:This paper analyzed idea and teaching process of Wushu elective courses in colleges and universities in order to help people understand the cultivating the national spirit through Wushu. According to the needs of the cultivation, the schools should adopt the antagonistic technique as the main content. The overview of Wushu should be introduced. Individual technical skills, the ability of knowing rhythm and distance, the ability of restricting the opponent's skill should be trained. Courses in the two terms should be divided four units in which the first and second units included basic skills such as fighting style and footwork. The third and fourth units trained the ability of controlling rhythm and distance and the fourth unit also includes the ability of restricting opponent's skill.
