提升我国国际体育仲裁话语权的思考

提升国际体育仲裁话语权是增强我国国际体育治理话语权的重要组成部分。要提升我国国际体育仲裁话语权,一是要着力提升我国当事人、仲裁员的参与度;二是要加强国际体育仲裁的人才队伍建设,尤其是下大力气培育“超级仲裁员”;三是要以建设好CAS上海仲裁中心为抓手,加强与国际体育仲裁院的联系;四是在涉及体育案件的媒体传播中,要坚持以客观性、法治性为原则,少一些“阴谋论”的假想,树立中国良好法治形象。最后是以我国体育仲裁制度的建立为契机,通过研究体育仲裁的国际学术交流,提升我国体育仲裁与国际体育仲裁的统筹推进。

Thoughts on Enhancing China’s Discourse Power in International Sports Arbitration

Enhancing the discourse power in international sports arbitration is crucial for China’s participating in the international sports governance.To enhance this discourse power,more and more Chinese parties and arbitrators should strive to participate in those process.The international sports arbitration personnel should be trained,particularly the“super arbitrators”.Moreover,the relationship with the international sports arbitration court by building the CAS Shanghai Arbitration Center should be reinforced.Concerning the media communication involving sports cases,principles of objectivity and rule of law should be adhered to and avoid“conspiracy assumption”so as to establish a good image of China’s rule of law.Finally,the opportunity of establishment of China’s sports arbitration system should be taken to improve the overall promotion of sports arbitration in China and international sports arbitration by taking full use the international academic exchanges for sports arbitration researches.
