| 摘 要： | 意思自治原则是体育仲裁制度中的一个最基本的原则,在整个体育仲裁活动中起主导作用,是体育仲裁制度赖于存在的基石。它不仅反映了体育仲裁制度的基本特点,也是体育仲裁制度区别于体育纠纷诉讼的一个显著标志。运用仲裁法、国际体育仲裁法的基本原理与相关原理,对构建我国体育仲裁制度体现意思自治原则的若干理论问题进行分析,对建立和完善我国体育仲裁制度,充分发挥体育仲裁的定纷止争作用具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | As a basic principle in sports arbitration system,party autonomy has played an important role in sports arbitration,reflecting the basic characteristics of sports arbitration and its differences with sports lawsuits.In this article,some theoretical issues on constructing and improving Chinese sports arbitration system based on party autonomy principles were discussed. |
