| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,探讨了古今武术学习的基本程序及规律,着重分析了传统与现代习武的基本程序及规律的特点与差异,研究认为:现代习武规律是对传统习武程序的继承与发展,但现代的武术教学中对它的价值把握不够全面,教学实践过程中仍缺乏系统性,本文对此进行了深入的探讨,以求为武术教学的合理性与科学性提供参考。

| Abstract: | By analyzing documents and interviewing with experts,this article will discuss basic program and regular pattern of the martial arts.The research considered that,modern practice of martial arts is inheritance and development of traditional practice program.Nevertheless,modern teaching of martial arts could not grasp its real value,or the process of the teaching practice is systemless.Only standing on this layer,the paper has made a thorough study in order to provide a reference for reasonable and scientific martial arts teaching. |
