西方职业体育制度变迁的比较研究

本研究通过比较法、文献资料法和逻辑分析法从中西方职业体育制度变迁的初始制度、变迁的历程、方式、路径、动力、方向和目标等五个方面进行了比较分析。研究认为,中西方职业体育制度在这五方面存在很大程度上的不同或差异,虽然从历史长远的角度看,中西方职业体育制度变迁的方向和目标具有一定程度的趋同性,即市场化取向是共同的,但在经营管理模式方面仍然会存在差异。因此,有效合理地学习和借鉴西方国家职业体育制度的优点,是本文研究的一个很重要的出发点。

A Comparison Research on the Professional System Between China and the West

This research mainly carries on a comparison on the professional institute between China and the West from the five aspects as following: the original institute, developing course, way, route, motive force, direction and objective. The research outcome shows that there exist quite deference among the five aspects between China and the West, Seen from the historic view, though there exists the same character in the aspect of the direction and objective of the professional institute at some extent, but there exists quite deference in the managing mode. Therefore, studying hard and using the experience of the West for reference is becoming an inevitable researching starting point.
