| 摘 要： | 体育是生活的符号。西方文明形成了建立在人性、人的本质、自由和平等、价值和尊严基础上的人文精神，深深影响到西方文化土壤中生长出的体育，在东方缺少历史参照物。西方体育全面侵入东方，我们主要接受的是形式。笔者通过对西方体育的点滴参与性观察，认为现在东方体育更加需要人文精神。

When Physica1 Culture of Hesperian invaded orient one cen- tury ago, we mainly accept its form; but now, we need more humanism with oriental PE and sport rising. |
