备战北京奥运会蹦床重点运动员十运会成绩分析及对策研究

通过对备战2008年奥运会我国蹦床项目重点运动员十运会比赛的技术调研得出:为了备战2008年奥运会,应实施男女“并驾齐驱”的备战方略;我国男子重点运动员的动作难度在世界强手面前已毫不逊色,其差距主要在于动作质量及成套动作稳定性;我国女子重点运动员在动作质量与成套难度上与世界强手均有一定差距。在调研结果的基础上,为圆满完成2008年奥运会使命,还提出相应的5条对策。

Countermeasures and Analysis on the Key Trampoline Athletes'Performance in the 10th National Games Preparing for Beijing Olympic Games

Through studying the technical investigation of the 10th National Games of trampoline key athletes who prepare for 2008 Olympic Games, the results show that we should implement the plan of male and female athletes" keeping pace with each other preparing for the plan, in order to prepare for 2008 Olympic Games;Chinese male key athlete's difficulty of movement has not been inferior to that of the other world skilled athletes, its disparity mainly lies in the movement quality and the complete movement stability; Chinese female key athletes have certain disparity in the movement quality and the complete set difficulty with the world skilled athletes. On the base of the investigation and the study result, the writer proposes the corresponding countermeasures for completing the mission of 2008 Olympic Games.
