摘    要:形体训练教学过程是一种动态美的行为艺术培养过程,同时也是一种美的教育过程。形体训练中的美育是以学生为对象,以美的音乐、美的形体、美的动作、美的语言等为教学内容,培养学生正确的审美观念和感受美、鉴赏美、创造美的能力,引导学生注重自我美的塑造,使学生动作美达到和谐、统一。在形体训练的教学过程中,利用多种教学方法,使学生在流畅的音乐中展现形体动作美。

Abstract:The teaching process of the body training is a kind of behavior art on dynamic beauty and also is a kind of aesthetic education process.The aesthetic education inside the body training is to regard students as the object,to regard beautiful music,beautiful body,beautiful action,beautiful language,etc.as the contents of course,educating right aesthetic sense and the abilities in students such as feeling beauty,appreciating beauty,creating beauty,and to guide the student to make a point of the ego to mold beauty,making student's action beauty attain the diapason and unify.In body training of teaching process,using various teaching methods,the students are educated to show beauty of body action in flowing freely music.
