信息化2.0时代高校体育教师信息化教学能力提升研究

摘    要:基于TRACK知识要素调查分析高校体育教师信息化教学能力现状,总结高校体育教师信息化教学能力影响因素,提出高校体育教师信息化教学能力提升策略,以期为相关高校开展教师信息化提升工作提供参考,为国家教育信息化建设和体育教育事业发展助力。高校体育教师信息化教学能力现状为学科基本素养具备,学科建设、体育文化展示需加强;坚持教学法原则,构建情境需加强;信息技术素养意识强,能力有待提高;学科教学素养结合较好,变革实践不够;信息化学科素养应用多,制作建设不够;信息化教学法素养知易行难,跨时空需求难满足;信息化学科教学素养基本能力具备,全方位个性化需求难满足。针对高校体育教师信息化教学能力7个影响因素,提出完善课程体系建设以提升学科素养;实现教师角色转型与定位以提升教学法素养;开展信息化队伍建设以提升信息技术素养;开展课程教学团队建设以提升学科教学素养;构建学科资源库以提升信息化学科素养;构建信息化教学平台以提升信息化教学法素养;信息技术与学科教学深度融合以提升信息化学科教学素养等策略。

Abstract:Based on TRACK knowledge elements,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the informationized teaching ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,summarizes the influencing factors and puts forward the strategies to improve the informationized teaching ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in order to provide reference for relevant colleges and universities to carry out teachers’informatization promotion,and help the national education informatization construction and the development of physical education.The current situation of physical education teachers’informationized teaching ability in colleges and universities is that they have the basic discipline quality,but subject construction and physical culture display need to be strengthened;They adhere to the principle of teaching,but the construction of the situation should be strengthened;They have a strong awareness of information technology literacy,but their ability needs to be improved;They have a good combination of subject teaching quality but lack of reform practice;They have more application of information discipline literacy,but lack of perfect production construction;It’s easy to know information-based teaching literacy but difficult to do,and it is difficult to meet the needs of time and space;They have the basic ability of information subject teaching quality,but it is difficult for them to meet the all-round personalized needs of students.In view of the seven influencing factors of the informationized teaching ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies as follows:to improve the construction of curriculum system to improve the subject quality;To achieve the transformation and positioning of teachers’role to improve the quality of teaching methods;To carry out the construction of information team to improve the information technology literacy;To carry out the construction of course teaching team to improve the quality of subject teaching;To construct the subject resource database to improve the information-based subject literacy;To build information-based teaching platform to improve the literacy of information-based teaching;To integrate information technology and subject teaching to improve the literacy of information subject teaching.
