体育院校学报完善学术自由理念与制度的研究

运用文献资料、逻辑分析、对比分析等研究方法,对学术自由的定义、历史、性质进行了归纳总结。认为学术自由是社会主义现代大学制度的核心理念和基本制度,表现在学术自由是社会主义现代大学民主理念与制度的积极体现等三方面。提出体育院校学报完善学术自由理念与制度的五项举措,如以学术自由为办刊的重要理念、促进现代体育大学制度的完善等,旨在为提高体育院校学报质量提供借鉴。

Research on Perfecting Ideas and Systems of Academic Freedom of Sport University and College Journals

This article sums up definition,history and character of academic freedom through documentation,logic analysis and comparative analysis.The authors think that academic freedom is core idea and fundamental system of modern socialism university systems,which shows that academic freedom embodies actively democratic ideas and the systems of modern socialism university and so on.Five measures are suggested to perfect idea and systems of academic freedom of sport university and college journals such as taking academic freedom as the important idea of journals,promoting systems of modern sport universities perfectly and so on.It provides reference for improving journal quality of sport universities and colleges.
