老龄雄性大鼠睾丸组织一氧化氮含量与血清睾酮水平的相关性分析

摘    要:为了研究衰老进程中一氧化氮(NO)与血清睾酮之间的相互关系,探讨有氧运动延缓衰老的机制,将青龄与老龄雄性SD大鼠24只,分为青龄对照组(QC)8只,老龄对照组(LC)8只,老龄对照组(LT)8只。LT组坚持游泳锻炼8周,其余二组自由生活。于第8周末取样测定血清睾酮睾丸组织NO含量,观察老龄大鼠睾丸组织NO含量与血清睾酮水平的变化以及有氧运动对上述指标的影响。结明表明LC组大鼠睾丸组织NO含量明显降低,血清睾酮水平下降,有氧运动可使上述变化逆转。睾丸组织NO含量与血清睾酮呈正相关,有氧运动是延缓衰老的有效手段。

Abstract:The purpose of the study was to investigate the correlation between the concentration of serum testosterone and NO content in the testis organization in the process of being decrepitude,find the anti-decrepitude mechanism of exercises aerobic.There were three groups of SD male rats:youth control group (QC,8);elder control group (LC,8);elder trained group (LT,8).Rats of LT group were trained for 8 weeks,and others were free.At the end of the 8th week, the concentration of serum testosterone and NO content in the testis organization of all rats were measured.The results suggested that the concentration of serum testosterone and NO content in the testis organization in rats of LT group decreased remarkably,but aerobic exercise could oppose it.The conclusion were that there was positive correlation between the concentration of serum testosterone and NO content in the testis organization,and aerobic exercises had the anti-decrepitude function.
