新冠肺炎疫情下普通高校体育课在线教学的实施与思考

运用文献资料、个案研究、逻辑分析等方法研究新冠肺炎疫情下普通高校体育课在线教学的实施。研究认为:目前普通高校体育课实施在线教学面临课程资源短缺、教师信息化素养不足、常规教学计划难以在线实施、学生居家锻炼条件受限并对在线体育课存在疑虑等诸多问题。针对上述问题,结合体育教学理论、学校师生现状等情况,提出体育课在线教学实施的具体策略:成立疫情防控期间教学指导小组开发优质体育课程资源,培养与提高教师信息化素养;统一体育课教学进度安排,贯彻体能锻炼主线;利用智慧课堂平台灵活开展在线教学;构建多种交流对接平台,保证教学渠道畅通;视疫情发展分阶段推进计划预案。实施效果:提高了体育教师的专业素养,培养了学生自主锻炼的习惯,使学生掌握了较多的体能训练方法,实现了体育课在线教学系统的有序开展,达到了新冠肺炎疫情下教学目标要求。并在此基础上探讨了后疫情时期体育学科开发与运用在线教学资源的发展方向,指出了常规体育教学应该注意的相关问题,为普通高校疫情及后疫情时期体育教学工作的开展提供借鉴和参考。

Implementation and Thoughts of Online Teaching of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities Under COVID-19 Epidemic

This paper studies the implementation of online teaching of physical education in colleges and universities under the COVID-19 epidemic using literature reviews,case study and logical analysis.The research shows that at present,the implementation of online physical education in colleges and universities faces many problems,such as the shortage of curriculum resources,the lack of information literacy of teachers,the difficulty of online implementation of conventional teaching plans,the limitation of students’home-based exercise conditions,and the doubts about online physical education.In view of the above problems,combined with the theory of physical education and the current situation of teachers and students,this paper puts forward specific strategies for the implementation of online physical education:during the epidemic prevention and control period,the teaching guidance group is established to develop high-quality physical education curriculum resources,cultivate and improve teachers’information literacy;the teaching schedule of physical education is unified,and the main line of physical training is implemented;the online teaching is flexibly carried out by using the intelligent classroom platform;a variety of communication and docking platforms are built to ensure the smooth teaching channels;the plan is promoted in stages according to the epidemic development.Implementation effect:the professional quality of physical education teachers is improved;students’habit of independent exercise is cultivated;students are enabled to master more physical training methods;the orderly development of online teaching system of physical education is realized and the requirements of teaching objectives are achieved.On this basis,this paper discusses the direction of the development and application of online teaching resources in the post epidemic period of physical education,points out the relevant problems that should be paid attention to in the conventional physical education,and provides reference for the development of physical education in the epidemic period and post epidemic period in colleges and universities.
