社区体育整体性治理的社会资本培育:逻辑、困惑与路径

社区体育整体性治理是我国社区体育治理上的模式选择,旨在通过多元利益主体的协同共治来消解社区体育中存在的问题。研究发现:社区体育整体性治理与社会资本之间存在着天然的契合性和逻辑上的关联,在分析我国社区体育整体性治理中存在着普遍信任缺失、互利规范匮乏、社会参与网络不健全等问题的基础上,提出社区体育整体性治理的社会资本培育路径:增进社会信任,构筑社区体育多元利益主体的诚信体系;强化法律法规建设,健全社区体育规范体系;积极完善社区体育主体构成,健全社区体育参与网络,旨在推进社区体育整体性治理的实现。

Cultivation of Social Capital in Holistic Governance of Community Sports:Logic,Dilemma and Path

The holistic governance of community sports is the mode choice of China’s community sports governance,aiming to resolve the problems existing in community sports through the cooperation and co-governance of multiple subjects.It is found that there is a natural fit and logical relationship between the holistic governance of community sports and social capital.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the holistic governance of community sports,such as the lack of general trust,the lack of mutually beneficial norms,and the imperfection of social participation network,this paper puts forward the social capital cultivation paths of the holistic governance of community sports.They are as follows:to enhance social trust and build the integrity system of multiple interest subjects of community sports;to strengthen the construction of laws and regulations and improve the system of community sports norms;to actively improve the composition of community sports subjects and improve the participation network of community sports,aiming to promote the realization of the holistic governance of community sports.
