| 摘 要： | 通过访问调查,结合查阅文献资料,了解并掌握辽宁省中学体育教师现有的继续教育模式,分析现存模式的历史意义、优缺点以及发展的前景,在此基础上指出辽宁省中学体育教师继续教育现存模式的不足之处,并运用终身教育理论对辽宁省中学体育教师继续教育工作加以完善,使继续教育模式更加适合中学素质教育的要求。

| Abstract: | Through interview and investigation,together with the study of the documentary,authors of this essay comprehend and grasp the educational mode used by middle school PE teachers in Liaoning Province.They analyze its historic significance,advantages and disadvantages,as well as its prospect.Based on this analysis,the points out the shortcomings of this mode and adapts it with the use of lifelong education theory to the requirements of middle school quality-oriented education. |
