| 摘 要： | 跆拳道近年来在我国开展比较广泛,但学校开设跆拳道体育课程非常少。根据对跆拳道运动内容、技术特点、演变过程及对人体锻炼价值的分析,认为将跆拳道设为体育课程锻炼有利于学生各项身体素质的提高;对不同年龄的学生,进行不同内容的训练,针对学校开设跆拳道课程所存在的一些问题,提出合理的解决方法;从多方面论述我国学校开设跆拳道体育课程的可行性。 |

| Abstract: | There are not many Taekwondo classes offered in China. This paper advocates that "Taekwondo" should be promoted more extensively in Chinese physical education, because it helps us understand the culture and spirit of one nation and build up the strong perseverance. With the purpose of strengthening and enriching the physical education in China, the paper stresses on feasibility and importance of setting Taekwondo classes in Chinese physical education curriculum. |
