| Abstract: | The article places emphasis on choosing scientific developing strategies after Shenyang Institute of Physical Education is administered by the local authorities. It tries to explore correct school-running orientation and striving aims as well as school-running features. Therefore we are able to make rapid progress suitable for the economic and social development. Finally higher sports education will exert its functions in constructing prosperous society and promoting the old northeast industrial base. |
