| 摘 要： | 将董奇、周勇提出的“学生学习的自我监控理论”推广、运用到体育教育专业学生学习自我监控能力的实践 ,研究结果表明 ,该理论对体育教育专业学生学习自我监控能力培养也是行之有效的 ;培养的基本途径是从“他控到自控”的过程 ,即在提高教师教学监控能力的基础上 ,选择合作教学和交互教学模式相结合的方式对体育教育专业学生学习自我监控能力进行培养的效果更好。

| Abstract: | The theory raised by Dong Qi and Zhou Yong is "self control ability of learing". This paper extends and applies the theory to practice which can examine the self control ability of learning of sports education majors. The result indicates that it is an effctive way to improve these students' self control ability of learning. The basic way of cultivation is a process of "others control to self control". Based on improving the ability of teaching control ,we can achieve a better result by combining coopertive teaching with mutual teaching. |
