| 摘 要： | 为了解运动训练对女子拳击运动员赛前机体的自由基水平及抗氧化能力的影响,对参加全国女子拳击锦标赛的24名运动员进行了血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、活性氧(ROS)的观察。结果提示:运动员在赛前体内血清GSH-PX和ROS的浓度呈上升趋势,MDA呈下降趋势;GSH-PX/MDA、SOD/MDA高于SOD/ROS、GSH-PX/ROS。

| Abstract: | In order to find out the influence on the organism's free radical level and antioxidation capacity of female boxing athletes by exercises before match,the author observed the GSH-PX,SOD,MDA and ROS in serum of 24 female boxing athletes taking part in the National Boxing Championships.The result shows that the concentration of GSH-PX and ROS in serum of the athletes rises before match,and MDA drops.GSH-PX/MDA and SOD/MDA are higher than SOD/ROS and GSH-PX/ROS. |
