| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈、专家咨询等研究方法,提出了我国群众体育发展评价指标体系的目标模式,并依据资源配置理论、投入—产出理论和自组织理论,对群众体育发展的概念进行定义;依据群众体育发展的定义,认为群众体育系统包括社会环境系统、投入系统、产出系统三个子系统。在对这三个子系统之间以及子系统内部关系的分析中,总结了群众体育资源要素系统与群众体育资源配置系统的关系,从而为构建我国群众体育发展评价指标体系打下坚实的基础。
